Shipping timeframes provided are approximate in nature and are subject to the carrier. Shipping delays/lost packages/stolen packages are outside of LUXE Cosmetic co.'s control.

DELAYS/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES/INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please note due to COVID-19, Australia Post is experiencing some delays. The above delivery timeframes are a guideline only, we recommend purchasing Express Shipping as Australia Post are prioritising these orders.
LUXE Cosmetic co. will not be responsible for any items lost in transit, for breakages that occur in transit or for any stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped, we have no control or responsibility for any delays. LUXE Cosmetic co. is not responsible for any extra fees including import/export fees, transfer fees etc.
It is the consumers responsibility to provide the correct address at time of completing purchase. Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.
LUXE is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may have been affected by customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportations, extra fees or delays.
PARCEL PICK UP
If you have opted for the "PICK UP" option, please contact us via SMS 0401373668 to arrange a pick up day/time. If you have not contacted us within 24 hours, we will endeavour to contact you ASAP to arrange a suitable time. Note: please do not contact us to arrange a time until your order has been confirmed and payment successfully processed.
In the rare event of manufacturer default/faulty product or dissatisfaction, you must send images to firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to your order confirmation email, within 5 days of package being deemed delivered. From there, LUXE Cosmetic co. will open an investigation and a product exchange or refund of the purchase price may be applicable.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used on the order.
