This Site is owned and operated by LUXE Cosmetic co (referred to in these terms as “LUXE”, “we”, “us”, and “our”). Please take the time to read the terms and conditions that apply to your use and enjoyment of our Site and the content made available to you via our Site and our social media channels (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all Site visitors, subscribers, customers, and other users of the Site (“user”, “you” and “your”).

By accessing and using our Site, our social media channels and any other materials made available to you or provided to you on our Site (whether available for purchase or not), you are taken to accept our Terms. 

Cancelling an Order

If you'd like to cancel or exchange an order that you have just placed, please e-mail us at luxecosmeticco@hotmail.com as soon as possible. Please leave your order number in the subject and we will try and accommodate your request. Any orders that have already been packed, processed and shipped can not be canceled. 

Changes to terms of service

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the terms and conditions at any time. It is the customers responsibility to check our websites terms and conditions. By using our website and service you agree to these terms and conditions. 

Discount Codes

Please note that our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Only one code can be used per order. Discount codes must be applied at the checkout, and are not redeemable for cash. Unfortunately our discount codes are also not valid on gift cards or in conjunction with another sale or promotion. Regretfully if you forget to add your discount code, the sale will be final and we are unable to offer the discount to you once you have completed your purchase.

Pricing

All pricing is as per our website luxecosmeticco.com. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For all domestic orders, Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated at the checkout. The GST fee will vary depending on your order total. Each order will be charged a GST fee of 10% to cover the Goods and Service fee mandated by the Australian Government. We reserve the right to change and update our products and pricing at anytime without advance notice. Therefore products are subject to price changes/sales/promotions. Purchases will be charged at the price in force at the time your order is validated.We regret that we are unable to offer compensation for a price adjustment or sale/promotion. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed via the original payment method used on the order. 

Shipping 

We use third party shipping carriers. Unforeseen delivery issues and delays are outside our control. Shipping timeframes provided on the shipping & returns page are approximate in nature and are subject to the carrier. 

Should you experience any issues with shipping/delivery, LUXE will lodge an investigation with the third party shipping carrier. Investigation timeframes are subject to the carrier and are outside of LUXE's control.
